Use requirement and structure characteristics of elevator cable
Using characteristics
1. the cable should be free hanging before use, fully to back twist and the cable to strengthen the core should be fixed, sustain tension at the same time;
2. cable, rows should be in the running, cable with the elevator to move up and down, moving, bending is frequent, soft, flexible;
3. cable, vertical demands a certain tensile strength;
4. work environment with oil to fire, elevator cable requirement is secondary;
5. small diameter, light weight.
Structure characteristics
1. USES the 0.2mm round copper wire bundle heave, winding and the isolation between conductor and insulation layer, into a higher stranded cable when increase the soft cable, bending performance;
2. Increasing cable strengthening core cable, inherit the mechanical strain, strengthening core using materials such as nylon rope, wire rope, in order to increase the tensile strength of the cable;
3. YTF cable made by neoprene sheath, in order to improve the weatherability of the cable and don't delay flammability.
